Dentelle Hand Warmers *knitting pattern*

Meet the Dentelle Hand Warmers, the ultimate accessory for the mid season.
They have the warmth of the wool that we still need for the end of winter and the delicate lightness of the lace of the incoming spring.

They are perfect when the weather is getting warmer as the winter comes to an end :
we might slowly be putting our gloves and scarfs away but the mornings and evenings can still be a little crisp.

It comes in 3 sizes (XS, S, M) corresponding to palm circumferences of 14-15,2 cm (16,5-17,8 cm) 19,1-20,3 cm [5 ½ -6 inches (6 ½-7 inches) 7 ½-8 inches].

Knitted with less than 100 g / 190 m [0,4 oz / 210 yards] of any yarn meeting gauge.
I used 62 g / 120 m [2,2 oz / 131,2 yards] Le Gros Lambswool by Biches & Bûches.
This is the perfect project to make with one ball of yarn !

Gauge : 24 stitches x 25 rows = 10 x 10 cm [4 x 4 inches] in 1/1 rib on needle size 3,5 mm [US 4].

Needles :  3,5 mm [US 4].

You will also need 50 cm [19,6 inches] of lace trim,

Les Dentelle Hand Warmers sont les parfaits accessoires de la mi-saison.
Elles ont la chaleur de la laine dont nous avons encore besoin pour affronter la fin de l’hiver et la légèreté délicate de la dentelle du printemps naissant.

Elles sont idéales quand le temps se réchauffe alors que l’hiver touche à sa fin : nous abandonnons progressivement nos gants et nos écharpes, mais les matinées et les soirées peuvent être encore fraîches.

Pour la taille S, j'ai utilisé 62 g  / 120 m [2,2 oz / 131,2 yards] du Gros Lambswool by Biches & Bûches.
C'est le projet parfait à faire avec une seule pelote !

Échantillon : 24 m x 25 r (10 x 10 cm) en côtes 1/1 sur des aiguilles 3,5 mm.

Aiguilles : 3,5 mm.

Vous aurez aussi besoin d'un ruban de dentelle de 50 cm [19,6 inches].
